Do you use your DeLorean as a daily driver or do you have classic car insurance?

Welcome to Arizona, hope you check out the Arizona DeLorean club when you move to Arizona.

A lot of great people belong to the club. It is
SO FUN!

Neither, lol.
My daily driver is a Civic, the D is for weekends/fun. I have the D insured through my regular insurance company, USAA. I used to have American Collectors Insurance, but it required a garage (I temporarily live in a place without a garage) and USAA gave me better coverage at a abetter price.
I will be towing the D to Tucson later this month and spending a few days there before moving in April.

Yesterday I put another almost 500 miles on it. Drove to LA for a Back to the Future Tour Part II. I'll start a thread and post some pics from both trips.

WOW! Nobody has done anything to their D in the last couple years?? Well, yesterday I started polishing mine with D-shine, today I installed my HID headlights and continued polishing, and tomorrow I will be installing a steering column bushing, a cooling fan circut breaker, a otterstat, and continuing my polishing mission.

Just some blending pad work today, but an oil change in the next week or so. Also going to test my fuel sender. It sticks a bit and gives some inaccurate readings, so I'm going to see if I can clean/repair it in the next couple weeks.

Nice! I've been working on mine in short bursts, having to undo and redo some steps a couple of times now. When I have a break in weather will be pushing forward. Most engine assembly is done, just needs to be dropped in and dressed. Want to crack transmission and (as quickly and briefly as possible) just give it a glance over, replace the drain/fill bolts, etc.

Not sure why its been quiet.
